Our beef herd is a nice mix of purebred Black Angus and Herefords. Our calves stay alongside their mom on pasture for about 8 months and then move into our outdoor yard to be finished on our grain and hay mix. We also adopt a few Jersey calves each year into our herd that our bottle fed and then finished on grain and hay. Jerseys will be a smaller carcass, but have become a favorite amongst our customers for their excellent flavor and marbling. If you have a preference of Jersey, please be sure to ask ahead.
