This small roast comes from the bottom sirloin. It is also triangular in shape and is best grilled, broiled or roasted and carved in thin, cross-grained slices. This is what I used to make kabobs on Father's Day and it was the BEST! It was an easy to handle piece of beef to cube up and it was VERY tender! I was originally going to rub them, bbq them and smoke them for pulled beef sandwiches, which I still think would be AMAZING.
