7/11/24 **Please note, this round of ground beef was packaged with metal ties on each end** Just wanted to give you a heads up if you are a great planner like me, and quickly throw the ground beef in the microwave to thaw out. We will get our regular packaged ground beef back in stock, but not until September.
The meat in each ground beef package will come from one specific animal, unlike a grocery store ground beef package, which can contain meat from hundreds of animals. Ours is generally 90%-95% lean and comes packed loose in 1 pound packages or in pre-made patties.

Patties are 1/3lb patties and are packaged 4 to a package. These are an excellent choice for fast summer suppers, or when you want to spend more time with guests and less time in the kitchen.
