Our lambs are raised from bottle babies up to finished weight here on our farm. They are processed at Prairie Meats in Olivia, MN. They will be processed in August/September.
Examples of what cuts you CAN get with your lamb. You choose the cuts to fit your family and cooking! Leg of Lamb, Loin Chops or Loin Roast; Rib Chops or Rack of Lamb; Cubed Meat, Ground Lamb or Shoulder Roasts; Shank, & Trim.
The deposit will be taken off your total at time of meat pick up. Processing is paid separate to Prairie Meats and can vary some depending on cuts-average processing is $150 for a whole. A whole lamb will total $350 NOT including processing. A half is $200 NOT including processing.
