Bacon Ends

Since bellies aren't perfectly squared up by nature, that means the butcher has to do a little trimming to get the bellies to fit nice in a meat slicer. This leads to wonderful, delicious bacon ends. Odd and random sized slices/chunks of bacon and bacon fat vacuumed sealed in 1 pound packages. I love to cut these into smaller cubes and throw in a pan with veggies and garlic for a mouthwatering side. Also wonderful to fry up and add to soups, mashed potatoes, on top of salads, grind them in with your burger for some of the best burgers of your life.
